In 2020, during the quiet and uncertain days of the pandemic, In the Secret Place of God began in a very simple way. What started as faith-filled testimonies and short biblical exhortations shared during online church Zoom prayer meetings slowly became something more. In the stillness of that season, when the world felt distant and many hearts were searching for hope, God was drawing His people closer to Him.
As my home church transitioned into daily Zoom prayer meetings, each church ministry team was allowed to share a brief biblical exhortation before prayer. Month after month, this opened the door for me to share Scriptures and reflections that encouraged others in their walk with God. These moments became a space to strengthen faith, remind believers of God’s promises, and gently point hearts back to their purpose in Him.
Out of those prayer meetings, In the Secret Place of God was born. This simple blog was created as a place to continue sharing encouragement from Scripture and to serve as a gathering place for believers who are hungry for truth, comfort, and spiritual renewal.,
Today, In the Secret Place of God remains a sanctuary for hearts seeking rest, revival, and divine direction. My mission is to walk alongside believers as they grow in faith, live with meaning and confidence, and deepen their intimacy with the One who calls them by name. Every story shared, every comment written, and every connection formed reflects God’s faithfulness and stands as a reminder that His Word is still alive and transforming lives.
